YUP! I asked for and got Josefina last year for my birthday, and then sent him my AG wishlist (the real online wishlist) for several of her items for my xmas present. I told him they were suggestions, he didn't have to get them all (and darn it, he didn't),but I did get some. And also a very generous gift cert to a local spa, he called it my "grown up" gift!
I also got a Lindsey doll from one of our board members, and technically, she's mine too. Although Diana has free reign on all my dolls too.
If I can find the Asian AGT at Madison, she'll be mine too! I ordered Marisol in January and when she came I just didn't have the heart to put her into hiding, so we're really "sharing" her.
DH and my mother just smile at each other and shrug their shoulders, but I think my mom is enjoying it because she finally has a daughter that likes dolls. When I was little, I was a tomboy and not the least bit interested in dolls at all.
Go ahead, and tell him that you really want Felicity for your own! Actually, I think some guys like it too, when you have collections, they kind of know what to get you for presents!

The Easter Bunny is being very generous this year and bringing us Nellie! Maybe I can send the Bunny to your house with Felicity.

My husband just rolls his eyes at me when I talk about the dolls, but I think he's actually kind of amused. I have Felicity and kept her as my own doll, but she sure needs some more clothes.

My DH rivals my dolls by collecting GI Joes. Last year I treated him to a stay at Disney's Contemporary Resort for a GI Joe Convention. One of his most coveted GI Joes, a George Bush one cost me almost as much as an AG doll on ebay.
I have a few Princesses of the World Barbies - Japan and Denmark and his GI Joes are always trying to go on furlough to those countries. LOL!
